Adults only
The directory is intended for people age 21 and older in the United States. The access prompt is a self-attestation, not identity verification and not permission to purchase. Retailers remain responsible for their own legally required age and photo-ID checks.
Directory, not a retailer
VapeShopsNearMe is an informational location directory. It does not sell, ship, deliver, manufacture, or process payment for tobacco, nicotine, vape, or related products.
Information, not legal verification
VapeShopsNearMe does not certify that a listed business is licensed or compliant, does not determine whether a brand or product is authorized or lawful in a particular location, and does not provide legal advice. Users and retailers must check current requirements and product status with the relevant business and official authorities.
Listings can change
Names, addresses, hours, phone numbers, websites, operating status, brands, and product availability may change or be incomplete. A nearby result or brand-related search match does not prove current inventory, legality, authorization, or permission to purchase or use a product. Confirm important details directly before traveling or purchasing.
No endorsement or affiliation
A listing does not mean that VapeShopsNearMe endorses, licenses, certifies, or is affiliated with the business or any brand shown. Natural directory order is not a claim that one shop or product is better than another. Paid placement, if ever introduced, must be clearly identified.
Outside services
Directions, calls, merchant websites, maps, and place information may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use those services.
Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful personal directory searches. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, submit deceptive listing evidence, or copy the directory at scale without permission.
Service availability
The service may be changed, interrupted, corrected, or withdrawn. We may suppress a listing while its identity, status, or evidence is reviewed.
Google Maps terms
When Google Maps or Places features are enabled, their use is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service.
