I was tricked. Came in to this store to buy a “rechargeable, disposable nicotine vape” and was recommended the kado snap vape. Well, the battery died today and I realized it’s only rechargeable by a special battery from the manufacturer. I called the store asking about the battery and learned they don’t sell the battery, but if I wanted to buy the different model that INCLUDES the battery then it’s 23.99. Shame on me for not being knowledgeable about these products, and shame on this business for pulling a fast one. Enjoy your honest google review.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Smoke & Vape Shop! The selection of products is top-notch, and they have everything you need, whether you're looking for high-quality vape gear or premium tobacco products. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to help with recommendations or answer any questions. The store is clean and well-organized, making shopping a breeze. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Unethical, sneaky and dishonest establishment! I failed to get the young woman's name that I encountered while patronizing this establishment, but she was completely unprofessional and dishonest. She knowingly sold me a hookah that did not have all necessary pieces to actual use the hookah. I realized I did not have all pieces about 20 minutes after leaving the shop and getting home. I immediately called to store and she told me to come back in the store. After returning to the store, this lady literally gaslit me and claimed she gave all the pieces, which she did not. She said she gave me the one missing piece that I was complaining about and then proceeded to show me another piece and said THAT was actually the piece I did not receive. So, either way, she admittedly sold me a hookah KNOWING I did not have all necessary pieces to use it, which is completely unethical. To top it all off, she refused to provide me with a refund. Completely sneaky and unethical.
