Vape Time

If I could do 0 stars I would. No sign or anything about no returns or exchanges. I recently purchased a hookah as a gift for someone and it was a $100+ I went back hours after to return (mind you I didn’t know they dont do returns or exchanges, nor have any visible or verbal policies that say so) I spoke to a young lady (srishtuy) and she was very helpful and tried to do her best to help us, she called her manager ZAIN to ask about the refund and he was very rude to her and to us, we spoke to him on FaceTime and was very rude saying “I am the policy” once we stated that we didn’t know about that policy, he was never there when we purchased it. We bought the hookah and it was very dusty, had spider webs and dead bugs inside so we had to clean it since it was a gift. It sucks that we spent so much money and tried returning it hours later and even the next day. ZAIN was very rude and inconsiderate when we spoke to him. If we would’ve known they didn’t offer refunds or exchanges not even store credit we would’ve never bought from this place. The customer service from ZAIN was horrible, please DO NOT BUY HOOKAHS FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE VERY DIRTY AND CHEAPLY MADE FOR THE PRICE and they don’t do exchanges or returns. We are not smokers so I guess we’ll take the $100+ loss. We noticed the hose is a very cheap plastic disposable hose, Amazon sells more affordable and better quality hookahs. Seems like they buy from AliExpress to resell more expensive and buy cheap disposable hoses in bulk. Very bad experience with Zain.

They opened December 2023 Huge selection with large portion going towards tobacco Decent selection of other headshop products Prices were low. I will go back in a few months to see if that's still the case. The staff I encountered was fairly knowledgeable. Update March: Still has a friendly staff with good prices

Bought a hookah from this place for $100+ and when I got home noticed the hose was a disposable hose which doesn’t work the air escapes from it. Tried returning it but was told they didn’t do returns or exchanges. There’s no policy stating that anywhere not even on the receipt. I was misled I feel they should get better hoses for the price they sell their hookahs. The manager ZAIN spoke to me very rudely and even made me uncomfortable with the way he spoke to me. I bought a better hose online for a better price and noticed they also have better hookahs. So please don’t buy hookahs from this place, very dusty and old for an expensive price and can’t even include a good hose. PICTURES OF THE CLEAR HOSE (the one vapetime provided) AND THE BLACK HOSE FROM AMAZON ⬇️ ZAIN MADE MY EXPERIENCE AT VAPE TIME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AS A WOMAN(won’t get into details). I WILL BE SHOPPING ELSEWHERE.

TRY before you BUY … A unique idea I have never seen before in a vape shop. * Beautiful Shop * Clean and Organized * Hundreds of Options * Excellent customer service * Easy parking Hands down the best vape shop in Houston. Worth the drive regardless where you live in Houston. Keep up the good work.

Decent options on display. But very pricey. It will say one price but they add a few extra dollars at the register. Expect to pay about 5-10 bucks more for almost every product. Your better off going to VAPE CITY or Rock N Roll vapes. I’m sure that’s how a lot of vape shops are now, but this one seemed excessive all 3 times I’ve purchased products the final total didn’t make sense.
