Vape Shop Smoke Zone

I visited this shop and clearly asked for a vape device with a built-in flavor (pre-filled), but the seller sold me a device that requires filling with separate liquid. I tested it in-store and immediately told him it was not what I ordered, but he responded rudely and lied, claiming I had requested this type. Very poor customer service and lack of honesty.

This place sets the bar pretty dang high. Not only is their selection impressive. But they're there even when it's 2:30 in the morning. The dude behind the counter was friendly but not in a fake going through the motions kinda way. Genuinely helpful and he's very much appreciated. Thank you, you got another of many new loyal customers 🙏
