Absolutely one of the best places I’ve been to! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always make you feel welcome. The shop is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a huge variety of quality products at great prices.

Marvelous customer service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️This store has the Best Deals!! around town 🏙and always got deals for some vape 2 for $30. They have everything here and all different types of bong/pipes and hookahs here!!🔥🔥🔥 It’s very up to date on all the new tabaco and vape. They even got stuff I never knew about to smoke better and air freshener too!!! It’s very organized and clean!! U can see all the items perfectly!! Even got snack for the munchies and cheap too!!💸💸💸 I definitely ❣️recommend any smoker🌬 of any kind to stop by at the Vape Master & Smoke Shop!! ;)

Decent inventory, high prices, typical grumpy and disengaged owner. Can't people who know the product own these stores by now? It's got a goldmine as a location but the vibe is uninviting and the owner would rather take off for "ten minutes" than hire anyone. Heaven forbid. No need to return here.

Amazing service. Everything you need

I been to A LOT of vape stores from San Diego, Anaheim, and now Long Beach. I accidentally found this place and decided to give this store a shot to see if they carry my brand, but more importantly my flavor. Sure enough they did. The guy that owns/works there always makes sure my flavor is ALWAYS in stock for me, therefore I’m never disappointed nor is it a hit or miss whether they have my flavor ( like most vape stores…they will have for a week or so then won’t have it for weeks on and continue saying they ordered it or it’s on the next delivery)! He stands by his words which is important for consumers like me to want to continue buying from his store as well as turn into a loyal customer. His prices are unbeatable, he’s very polite, stands by his words, remembers his customers, never sways on his prices (like most vape shops… one day it’s this price they charge you the next time they charge something else), place is clean, and not hard to find! This place is my #1 go to. I tell everyone about this place. This place has glass bongs of many sizes, many brands of vapes and flavors, other stuff not to mention, as well as miscellaneous stuff like candles, scent wicks, sunglasses, etc! Gotta check this place out for yourself to see. If you never heard of them now you have. I rarely write reviews but when I do I usually wait to make sure it’s not a hit n miss of products or service. Thank you for not letting me down and for always taking care of my wants with products always in stock!! Can’t say enough you just gotta see for yourself!!!😀🚬
