Let me preface this by saying I understand the employee at the register is just doing their job, and I'm not upset about that specific requirement. My problem lies with the staggering, unacceptable level of inconsistency and the unfair, selective enforcement of this policy at your smoke shop. I have been a loyal, regular customer here for nearly a year—living just a ten-minute walk away since February 2025—and I've made four separate purchases in the last two weeks alone. Yet, today, the employee decided, for the very first time, to demand my ID, effectively refusing the sale. I am thirty-seven years old, and I look closer to 40 than 21. The idea that I could possibly pass for underage is frankly ridiculous, and of course, I didn't have my wallet on me for proof. What truly aggravates me is the hypocrisy: the individual immediately in front of me—who visibly looked much younger than I do—was allowed to complete their transaction without a single request for identification. If you are going to enforce age verification and deny a transaction, you must apply the rule uniformly to everyone. This arbitrary stop, singling me out while letting another customer who arguably looks younger through, is highly disrespectful and feels like a clear case of selective treatment. I will not tolerate this lack of consistent standards. You have lost a long-time, frequent customer. I am now taking my business, effective immediately, to Fantasy.

I originally stopped here to because I called ahead and asked if I could park. The guy was so nice and inviting, he made an easy sale! Clean and great energy!

I’ve been going to this place for three years. The past two nights I came in, the employee was rude and barely responsive. I don’t know if he doesn’t understand my English or what, but today he even sold me Marlboro Special Select instead of Marlboro Lights. Yesterday he kept asking me four times what I said. I’m not sure what’s going on with him, but you should probably have someone with better hearing or communication.

This is my spot yall, they stay stocked and if they run out of your regular vape they will recommend a different kind that is similar... also it's buy one and get 2nd for 50% discount everytime... Don't forget to add your phone number and get points.. I'm almost at $100 off....

This place is the worst. They sold me the wrong product and then they tell me that they have a 24 hour return policy so now I’ve paid good money for the wrong product that I’ll never use and i can’t return. Vape Cities really are the absolute worst.
