Vape City

I'm pretty livid. I only go to vape city when I go to my parents house as it's the closest shop to them and we don't have one near my apartment. I had accrued 400 to 500 points in their purchase program, totaling between $50 and $100 in store credit. Well I dropped by vape city today to pickup a disposable vape and was told they ditched their old points system for a new loyalty program...which means that I lost all my accrued credit using their past system. They offered to add me to the new system but that I couldn't use my past points to help with my purchase today. I was never told that this would happen, was never sent an email, was never called, was never informed. As of right now I feel as of vape city stole from me. Will not be going back and recommend others to avoid these shops in general.

Great service great products definitely would recommend them in the future I bought a vaporizer and definitely would say best purchase of my life props to the great customer service they carry

Definitely great stores associates went in for a vape mod and sum vape juice and left with one of my greatest purchases would definitely recommend vapecity

Went to this location today for the first time and had a great experience. The girl working, Veya I think her name is was so sweet, helpful and very personable. She answered many questions and gave great suggestions. We will definitely be back soon and hope to run into her again. They also had a great glass collection with alot of unique pieces. Thank you Vape City and Veya for a great experience.
