Krystina, the manager, was actually the most helpful of the many shops I visited the past few days. The glass selection is great!! The place is clean. And the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond. This is my new go to spot! Thanks!!

Keep an eye out for the women of Vape City on the come up. I’m sure most of them can dab us customers under the table, as it should be when it comes to smoke shops. Most recently, Jessica has gone above and beyond to impress me. In the past couple months, my friend and I have noticed an intriguing improvement in the overall quality of multiple Vape Cities in the Southwest Houston stores. I wish I could name all the lovely ladies saving the stores image. Give the store another chance and if you see them. Let them know I said to hook you up.

This smoke shop is THAT spot! Every time I walk in, Krys is on point—cool vibe, great energy, and actually knows their stuff. If you need good products and good customer service, Krys is the one to see. 10/10 recommend!

Highly advise you not to shop at this store they got some kid in here tonight that just scammed me then after I asked why I was over charged I said I didn't want the product he told me he can't refund me this store does not have their prices posted just for this reason but he didn't realize I was a secret shopper and let's see how my 75,000 followers here in the Sugar Land in Houston area will fill about this store I got a feeling there's about to rain a bunch of one star reviews for this place.
