If YOU’RE BLACK BE CAREFUL SHOPPING HERE. I was looking at product and placed it back down when one of their employees told me to take it out of my pocket. I was so hurt and offended bc I’ve been shopping here for months always spending my hard earned money, And now I just get accused of stealing. I’m black so ofc they assume I put product in my pocket. This is so distasteful and disgusting. PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. They are RACIST! Tell them to play the tapes back I bet you I have a case !

Noah did such an amazing job at helping me find exactly what I was looking for and explaining in detail how the product works as well. He deserves a raise and praise for his hard work and the extra effort he goes to to make customers feel welcome. I've never gone to a smoke shop that had someone so nice working the register.

Sucks they updated their loyalty program and now i dont have all my old points. Its a pain because I chose to come to this shop because of the loyalty program. What a shame. I hope they fix my account and update my points because I had so many.

Jessie and Noah sold me the wrong thing. I explained to them what I wanted and they sold me a vape that can only use salt nic, when I made it clear that I wanted a rigg to use 0 nic with because I am trying to quit. So I spent $60 on crap I can't use and can't return. So yeah, thanks for lying and screwing me out of money. Will not buy if they are the ones working at the time now.

I had a great experience at the vape store thanks to Erick! I walked in unsure of what I wanted, but his positive attitude and product knowledge made the decision so much easier.
