Used to be great, now never getting my parcels in time despite paying for faster service. Label is printed on the day but isn’t dropped off to the post office so no chance of getting it the next day. I can’t even pick up in person anymore.

Good products at competitive price. However be aware when you pay for same day delivery placing an order at 7am, you are being given a window delivery of 08:00-20:00 and they (the courier, not the shop) wait until the very last minute to tell you they changed the delivery date to the day after. The courier is Quiver.

Fantastic customer service, very kind Girl Amelia assisted me with making the right choice for my new device and liquids. Store has every type of liquid and device you can dream of. Highly recommened it.

Absolutely brilliant, sorted my problem out quickly, friendly and patient. Kept me informed to tell me what was happening at their end. Marvellous customer service.

Terrible service online. Made an order that has been "delayed in transit" twice now. I'd like to cancel the order but I'm being told no one is available until Monday!
