Smoke Spot Smoke Shop

I’ve been shopping at this smoke shop for over 6yrs. All I can say “ they are perfect in every way!”. I don’t say this about many places I shop at usually. Nevertheless, Manny and the other employees are awesome! They provide excellent customer service and are extremely knowledgeable about their products. Also, the staff treats you like family not just another customer or an ATM. My schedule is extremely hectic and they always go above and beyond with their services. Being a physician I don’t have the time to wait for products. If, they go out of stock and I must say they always do their best to have what you need. They do their best to get what you need and meet your expectations. Especially once you’ve developed a great client/staff relationship. It can’t be said enough “ they treat you like family and always go the extra mile for you”. The prices and quality of their products are top tier. I’ve never had a problem with the staff or the products. They’re honest and professional when it comes to their products they carry. This place is a unicorn! Hard to find shops like this anymore! Keep up the great work and thank you for being so kind.

This is an amazing shop. Manny was extremely helpful and very fun to chat with. He gave me an amazing price for my set up. Will make this my permanent spot!

Great selection, prices, and service!

I don’t always write reviews but this young lady named Monet had the most outstanding customer service. This was my first time and she helped me out and informed me on the variety selection on glass.
