Smoke shop

I just asked for a replacement for a vape I bought yesterday that wasn’t charging. I spent so much money there just for them to send me away and be rude about it. Don’t sell faulty products and not take responsibility. I have been so nice. Every other shop I’ve been to has been nice enough to exchange it. Never coming again!

Rude guy runs the place and tries to charge nearly twice as much as Torrance Smoke Shop down the street just because he’s open a few hours later. Will definitely be avoiding in the future.

Trash, charging $75 when other places charge $60 like lomita smoke shop. I went again and nothing changed, got overpriced.@owner I’m a good customer but it makes no sense for y'all to have different prices for different people.

Bought a vape here that didn’t work and when I asked to exchange it they said no.

I’ve had a mix of really “meh” experiences and mediocre experiences shopping here. I can understand if the person working doesn’t speak English very well, or in this case, at all. But it seems like whoever trained every employee there has given them the impression that all their customers are trying to do is steal, or that they’re all scumbags, or I don’t know what but they’re very unfriendly and overly watchful. I guess they haven’t noticed that there are smoke shops on every other corner around them and new ones are popping up every day. Being polite doesn’t cost a thing and brings loyal customers that will go out of their way to shop at your store. And if you don’t like your clientele or approve of what they’re buying, maybe you shouldn’t be in the business of selling it to them. It’d be like if I owned a bar and I couldn’t stand being around people who drink. Oh and they don’t have a great selection of vapes, vape juice, or extra coils for the vapes they sell. I don’t want to be entirely unfair though - they’re open at least a few hours later than any other smoke shop in the area, which is why I gave them 2 ⭐️⭐️.
