NYC Smoke Shop & Vape Shop

I’m a regular customer of this place. Have been for a good while now. They have a 2 for $20.00 sale on WAVE disposable vapes. I’m in the store several times a week and have purchased one for $10.00 instead of the 2 for $20.00 several times and it’s never been a problem until I went in there tonight, 1/24/2026 at around 4:30pm. I went in and there was a middle eastern gentleman behind the counter who I’ve never seen before. I asked if I could get one of the WAVE disposable vapes. He told me I had to buy 2. I’ve purchased one several times before. He yelled at me and demanded to know who was selling me just 1 and said that wasn’t allowed. So instead of making a sale and putting $10.00 in his register, the employee on this given night told me I had to buy 2 of the product or he WOULD NOT sell it to me at all. In what world does a business refuse a sale to a loyal customer? I DID NOT WANT 2 of his products, I only wanted 1. It’s never been a problem before. Somehow tonight it was a huge ordeal. The employees are usually very nice and accommodating at this store and that’s why I usually shop there (despite their ever dwindling supply of things and constantly running out of items). The gentleman this evening was anything but. There are better smoke shops in the Dover area that you’d be better off going to than this place.

Got a vape here today for 23 dollars. Burning after a couple of hours. Very poor. Will try to exchange but I'm not feeling optimistic...

Cigars are way too humid….. there is mold forming on them

This place is fantastic! So helpful, and sold me the perfect vape pen for me!! Love it, must go there....never had a shop owner be so kind. Showed me about 10 different vape options, giving me in depth information on all of them. And the prices are really reasonable too!
