New Era Vape & Smoke Shop

This is by far the best vape shop I’ve been to! Best customer service you will ever find at a vape shop or most shops in general. Let me start with saying that I’m not very familiar with products and most shops tend to be intimidating but not this place. I’ve come here on several occasions and each time they take care of me and get me the best solution. They’ve never ripped me off or tried to upsell me. I once came in thinking I needed a whole new set up but they checked out my mod and fixed my issues and sent me on my way with a few items. On my most recent trip I wanted to get a full set up with a mod and tank and Mike (the owner) was super chill and helpful in finding the right solution for me. He asked me a few questions to figure out what I wanted then explained the differences in products. I bought my items and then hung out at the shop for some time trying out my mod. I’m never the type to hang out at a vape shop but these people are so great and friendly it’s an inviting type of environment. Extremely happy with my purchase and experience.

Got a vape and went burnt after not even a week and I called the guy said once you walk out the store that’s a you problem when I brought it from yall and it’s not the first time been multiple times and they never do anything about it smh waste of money

It’s 12:58 I drove from corona assuming like a regular smoke shop I can get me an oil burner bong. The guy says he don’t carry them. Then I asked for backwoods he said he sold out . Then I seen some vaporizers he also claimed he was sold out of . Not sure why they are open until 2am. The (OWNER)need to cut the time short because it’s a waste of the company money to be paying the none professional employee who sitting down turning customers away. Because a customer came in after me and he didn’t have what he wanted as well so sad . It’s is located in chino I kinda knew it was to good to be true. The whole community shut down everything early and I honestly feel like New era vape need to close as well. Especially not having any of the 3 products that I asked for. Maybe this place is only selling supply that the community ask for.. and this community is sleep so should this smoke shop. I HIGLY DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE AND IF YOU DO CALL FIST SO YOU DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID .
