What is the difference between an online shop and a brick-and-mortar shop? Online is cheaper, but you don't get personal advice. Of course it would be better to get a good advice. Now I've been recommended an Oxva VPrime device that costs 80% more than online. But what a useless thing. Such rubbish. And if I had looked online beforehand, I would have seen all those "1 star, don't buy" reviews. After just 24 hours, the 0.2 ohm cartridge tastes burnt. The 0.6 ohm part only allows a maximum of 25 watts. At least five times I've had the message "no cartridge available" and I have to constantly readjust the Airflow Control because it keeps changing. The rubber broke off the third time I tried to refill the device. It smell burnt after 20 ml 3% pure Tobacco Aroma in an 70:30 liquid

I chose this shop solely because it is close to my home, but unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. I purchased two refills advertised as 15,000 puffs each, yet both lasted only about a week. I decided to give it another try and bought another 15,000 puff refill, but this one lasted only three days. When I returned to address the issue, the seller looked at me with complete disregard and showed no willingness to help. Instead, he attempted to sell me a vape with fewer than 15,000 puffs for the same price. This level of customer service is unacceptable. When I used to purchase refills from another shop, they consistently lasted about two weeks each, so the quality here is clearly lacking. Between the poor product reliability and dismissive attitude, I cannot recommend this store. Please do yourself a favour and go to an off license, get a 1k puffs vape, it will last you way longer than what this people are selling for triple the price. Avoid at all costs.

Never done a review before but so surprised by here I decided to i visited on 7/2/26 1st Matthew was super helpful when they didn't have my normal nic salt and the menu made it easier then most shops i go were they have to read out everything 2nd for central London they are not super over priced yes more expensive than shops in the out parts of London but I expected to pay way more then I did 3rd there own brand salts are really good (thanks Matthew for pointing me towards them)
