Do not come here unless you want to get your money stolen (I have pictures for proof). I came here mid November to make a purchase and when I tapped my card to pay, the worker said that the payment didn’t go through, HOWEVER, the payment went through my bank and I even showed them the pending statement that appeared on my bank account but the two men working there said that they wouldn’t give me what I had bought until I paid, they had just seen that I was charged. I got charged $29 THREE times and the last time my payment went through their system, however, I had now been charged 3x the amount of what I bought for one product. I told the workers I would be disputing the charges in the bank and I asked them how they deal with disputes on their end when a customer disputes a charge and they said “we just get a letter asking us to approve it”. Towards the end of November I had gotten an email from my bank telling me that they were waiting on a response from the owners of this shop to approve my dispute. I’m guessing the owners of this place don’t pay much attention to their mail and clearly don’t care about their customers because it is now JANUARY, and I still haven’t heard back from my bank on this dispute because they have not heard back from the owners. Now i’m out $60+ and that’s money i’ll probably never get back because I was stupid enough to keep tapping my card even though I knew the charges went through on my end. I should’ve left and gone to the shop next door instead of having these workers keep on taking advantage of me. Never again! And I will keep on calling this shop until I get my money back. Do not come here unless you want to get your money stolen!!!

Great smoke shop with great guys working here, accidentally left my wallet after my purchase the other day and they had it there waiting for me the very next day.

Came in and had an awesome experience due to Sean. He helped me with everything I needed.

Didn’t give a receipt and charged me 30.87 for a pack of cigarettes and can and zyns

I bought a pen for wax/oil and the heating element stopping working within 1 day of use. (Not their fault, it does happen sometimes - most likely a faulty pen) - I came back the next day and they swapped it out free of charge. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the customer service is top notch. Would highly recommend if you're in the area.
