WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Loyal customer of almost two years… sold me a malfunctioning vape, refused to replace refund or even discount the purchase!!! NEVER COMING BACK.

I bought a thc cart here and it was defective. I went back to have it exchanged. I didn’t think it would be an issue, especially since I patron this store frequently and have never had issues. The older male worker there argued with me and made it seem as it was my fault he sold me a defective product. I just wanted a exchange. He gave me a replacement from another brand and told me that it would be an additional 5$. I don’t think it’s fair that I had to pay additional money after being sold a defective product. Especially since I just wanted a even exchange of the same product. He refused to sell it to me because he said they’re old. If they’re old why do you still have them for sale? It’s like he was punishing me for coming back for a solution. There’s a younger guy there, he’s kind and easy going. They older guy here has terrible customer service and is mean, nasty and disrespectful. They can never get a penny from me again.

Really bad experience, We bought some headphones and they didn’t work. When we went to return them, they wouldn’t give us our money back. Don’t shop at this store.

Hey. Millennium are stand up people. Today was day 3 of my 1-3 day timeframe to get my item mailed. I had also paid big bucks to express priority it from Cali to NY. Because I was frustrated they refunded my shipping fees but still shipped it same rate. This community is second to none.
