What an experience! Came in to get a new setup and a lovely staff member Tarjarna helped me massively! What an asset to the company! Kind, smiley and really helpful! Will definitely use these company and advise others to do the same!

Absolutely one of the best customer service iv had every time entering this shop. The staff are so helpful and happy, especially Tarjarna she remembers everyone’s name and is just a ray of sunshine!! Thank you!!

What really makes the experience special, though, is the customer service. The team take their time with you, making sure you feel comfortable and never rushed. I’d love to give a special thanks to Rhianna and Anthony, who were both so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They really went above and beyond to make the whole visit a joy. Over past 2 years have used this shop regularly and always had friendly and helpful interactions with staff. Today I had intended to buy a new vape alongside juice and coils. I asked to inspect an unboxed model from the display shelf to ascertain whether it would feel comfortable in my hand. I was told by a male staff member that it was not permitted to touch vapes before purchase due to potential contamination. I offered to buy latex gloves to avoid this and was ridiculed. The man was aggressive, spoke to me as if I was stupid and was laughing at me with his (also male) colleague as I left the shop, having purchased none of the items I had intended to buy. I have been a loyal customer but this humiliating experience has made it unlikely that I will return - certainly not if either of these staff members are present.

Nah don’t like any of them. They’re to good at their job. They managed to sell me 2 devices within 2 weeks. That Anthony fellow yeah don’t like him. He convinced me to get a new better device with his knowledge. Haha overall good place they’re great!!
