Evapo Croydon Vape Shop

I come to this store for my vapes despite many cheap competitors in the area for the customer service. Ryan is very knowledgeable and helpful, always taking the time to explain things and help me secure the best deal. I have even been recommending this branch to friends.

Have a smok coil, which struggling to replace. Popped in here to buy an alternative if they dont do a replacement. And to buy some liquid. Both staff members far to interested in building a coil (oh the irony!) To give me any attention. Took several minutes to get any acknowledgement from the 2 staff members. Further 5 minutes for 1 of them to find the interest in going to the stores to get my liquid. And gave no help whats so ever on my coil issue after asking 2 or 3 times. Paid for the liquid and left. Ever other store ive ever been to gives advice and shows enthusiasm. This store has 0 customer service. I would strongly recommend if you are new to vaping or after advice dont visit this store.

Great service from Ryan at this shop, makes an effort to figure out what you like and helps get you stuff that works for you. As disposable vapes are making their way out, it's really handy to have someone who knows what coils work with what, compatible pods for each product. Usually cheaper than corner shops and you don't have to worry about fake liquid!

First of all i never leave reviews....but today is an exception The customer service I received today was perfect from Gabriel at evapo croydon. Friendly helpful and very patient. His advice was out standing and he spoke with confidence and saved me a lot of money
