DTLA Smoke Shop

First time ever Entering this cigar shop, they have a very unique and great selection of cigars. Izzy greeted me with profound customer service, and Emilie was quite knowledgeable as well. Definitely will be returning back again. The only downside is that you can not leave a tip which, is very important whenever you’re visiting a traditional cigar shop. Please consider tipping ppl. 😁

IZZY IS THE GREATEST! Home girl knows exactly how to treat people. The kindest smokeshop attendant there ever was. Recommended the best snacks with the most sincere smile. I hope to reciprocate what I can in the future. Will definitely return and encourage my whole village to shop at this location. She sets the standard for how people should be greeted in the store!

Awful prices on glass, small bongs $100+ . $10 for a regular can of butane. do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else if you’re looking for everyday smoke equipment. Could improve if they would consider a few basic concepts.

I was having a hell of a time finding a proper replacement for a vape battery at the wee hours of the morning and the girl working the counter was super helpful with taking the time to help me find the perfect fit, and was so sweet and friendly throughout the process. Thanks a lot, Izzy you're a lifesaver.
