Cloud 9 Smoke Shop, Vape, & Hookah Co. - Woodstock

I went into the store and there were 2 other customers in the shop. Eli greeted me immediately and provided absolutely legendary customer service to me and everyone else the entire time.

Eli at Cloud 9 was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, he provided excellent customer service—friendly, patient, and very helpful. He went out of his way to answer my questions and even introduced me to a new product that I’m really enjoying. It’s clear he genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. Eli is a true asset to the Cloud 9 team, and I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to his great service!

Everytime I come to this store they are extremely welcoming and kind. Any question I have is always answered and Eli always helps with recommendations. Highly suggest going to cloud 9 for any of your needs have been for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
