Piss poor Customer Service , lousy attitude, not helpful in any while trying to buy a Zippo Lighter , not friendly, rude , un professional business man, store was dirty and poorly lit, gave it one star , only to get this posted , clearly it did not even deserve that, address is 206 Thompson St. In the West Village off Bleeker St.

Monty whom I know is very knowledgeable, polite, and honest. He really knows the tobacco and electronic smoke business, including and not limited to the diverse brands, equipment, and suggestions how to use, clean and maintain your kits. He also warns against buying counterfeit items and being careful to distinguish between real and knockoffs. Really great throwback smokeshop! Highly recommend it.

It’s a lie they’re open 24 hours. Walked all the way here for nothing.
