Amsterdam Tobacco House

had an unpleasant experience at Amsterdam Tobacco House recently. When I requested assistance with the cigar purchase , the manager, Ali, responded rudely and made the interaction quite uncomfortable, especially in front of my girlfriend. I expected better professionalism and customer care from a place like this.

Refused to let me speak to a manager, claimed, “the manager will be here in the morning” but after waiting surely enough another customer had an inquiry and there the manager was. When I tried to calmly discuss the issue with the manager the other worker spoke to him in another language then he walked away from me and when I persisted with asking he address the issue he threatened to call the cops. I was attempting to purchase a cbd product for treatment of my anxiety which I had gotten at other (BETTER) smoke shops without hassle being that I am a 19 yr old adult with a photo ID, ALSO considering that CBD products have a 18 or older age requirement and the specific product I was trying to buy said this literally on the back of the packaging. No hospitality, no concept of social cues when dealing with a confrontation with a potential paying customer, and horrible customer service because of it. Extremely unhappy with the service here.

Decent shop for all kinds of tobacco, vape products and alternative products. Smaller than I thought and maybe a bit dusty. Lots of lotto and the employee seemed flustered with only 3 customers. I got the battery I needed. The employee was very friendly tho the other customers were rude. It's a good head shop if you happen to be in the uws and need something.

Amsterdam tobacco house, this is far one of the best spot to get your vaping accessories, cigars, beer,yugioh,Pokémon cards and what not..They had PAX, MVP, MODS, Sigelei, etc It was a very unusual I actually missed this spot. They have top notch authentic devices for very reasonable price. These people are not afraid to open and explain how the mod works. They gave me alot of attention and explained every thing I needed to know. They also had amazing glass pieces, designer glass pipes, you can literally see the artwork in each pipe. It's really worth visiting this place!!

Not a tobacco user, but have been going here for years for snacks and drinks and the owners are some of the most genuinely friendly and helpful guys. Feels like a remnant a neighborly New York City, and I'll be giving them my business for as long as they're around!
